All processes—from raw material intake to production, quality control, and packaging—are strictly managed in our advanced facilities certified with ISO and CGMP. Based on automated equipment and standardized procedures, we stably produce products that meet customer expectations.
1. Production & Manufacturing
Only raw materials that have passed the required quality inspection are stored in the raw material storage room with proper labeling. During production, materials are accurately weighed and supplied to the manufacturing line, ensuring the stable production of high-quality cosmetics.
2. Packaging
All incoming materials are thoroughly cleaned using air cleaners or washing equipment before being filled with the appropriate filling machines according to product type. The filled products undergo labeling and marking for identification, then are packaged into individual boxes to ensure safe and efficient shipment.
3. Quality Control System
We operate a scientific and systematic quality control system that meets international standards.
Through rigorous verification procedures across all stages—from raw materials and sub-materials to semi-finished and finished products—we ensure the supply of safe and reliable cosmetics.
